You’re all set! Look out for your check-in instructions sent to your email the day before your arrival.

FAQ’s

What is the smoking policy?

All of our apartments have a no smoking policy. You’re not able to smoke on or around the property.

Can I have overnight guests?

Please notify us of any potential overnight guests while staying at the property ahead of time.

When am I charged for the reservation?

You will be charged for the reservation after submitting your payment information and placing the booking request.

What fees will I need to pay?

Your reservation will include occupancy taxes and a cleaning fee.

Do you run a credit or background check?

To maintain a safe community at our properties we will run a background check after you complete the guest identity portion of the reservation process free of charge. We do not run a credit check using your information. 

Is parking included?

All apartments come with a free parking spot for the first vehicle. Second vehicles may require a parking pass at an additional cost. This requirement varies by each apartment.

What is the pet policy?

We currently do not have any apartments that allow pets. 

Do I need to pay a security deposit?

All apartments require a $300 refundable deposit. Your deposit will be refunded back to you after your check-out date. Please be advised it may take up to 7 business days to reflect on your original payment method.

How is my payment processed?

All payments are collected using Stripe, a secure payment processor.
